Hi! I'm Mandy! I'm so happy to be here to share with you the art of baking an awesome gluten-free vegan cookie. I attended culinary school for baking and pastry arts and have been baking gluten-free for 6 years. I have learned so much about what works (and what doesn't!) and now I want to share it with you!
