Hi, I’m Mandy!
When I was a teenager I began my interest into healthier food options due to many sensitivities. Desserts were always a weakness for me so I began to create recipes I could eat and still feel good. Fast forward years of practice, I began my business, Mandy's Gluten Free Bakery. We began with Farmer's Markets and fairs and now have three store locations we sell to in our local community.
Now I want to teach YOU all the things I have learned along the way so that you too can make your favorite desserts healthier right in your own home.
